| Campbell, CA (July 28, 2005) - Groupware Technology, Inc., a growing information technology solution provider, formally announced today the appointment of a new executive management team. Mike Thompson, President, will spearhead the corporate restructuring and the overall business strategy for Groupware Technology. Additional members of the new management team include industry veterans Anthony Miley, Enterprise Account Manager and Scott Sutter, Director of Sales. The new management team recently completed an acquisition of the Bay Area company founded in 1996. |

| As a result of the new investment, new management team and several key employee hires, Groupware is on pace to reach $16 million in sales, an 800% increase over 2004 revenue of $2 million.
