Groupware Ranks No. 7 Overall on the 2007 Inc. 500 List with Three-Year Sales Growth of 7579%
NEW YORK, August 28, 2007 - Inc. magazine today ranked Groupware Technology as the fastest growing IT services company in the United States and placed it 7th overall on its 26th annual Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. Fueling economic growth, the 500 companies on this year's list have created more than 64,064 jobs since they were founded.

With three year growth of 7579%, its top ten position puts Groupware in the ranks of companies with median three-year growth of 939 percent, and the 500 list reported aggregate revenue of $16 billion. Groupware's no. 7 ranking on the Inc. 500 is the company's first national ranking in a mainstream business publication. This rewarding achievement follows Groupware's selection earlier this year as number one on CRN magazine's "Fast Growth 100" list and its inclusion in the VARBusiness list of America's 50 fastest-growing technology resellers.

"If you want to find out which companies are going to change the world, look at the Inc. 500," said Inc. Editor Jane Berentson. "These are the most innovative, dynamic, fast-growth companies in the nation, the ones coming up with solutions to some of our most intractable ills, creating systems that let us conduct business faster and easier, and manufacturing products we soon discover we can't live without. The Inc. 500 list is Inc. magazine's tribute to American business ingenuity and ambition."

Groupware tops the IT Services industry listing, which happens to be the largest business category of the Inc. 500. Fifty-five of the Inc. 500 companies provide a wide range of information technology solutions to their business customers. Groupware President and CEO, Mike Thompson stated, "It's our ability to help customers' grow their businesses and leverage technology to thrive in today's competitive market that has made us so successful. This award recognizes our contribution to the economy and our growth is evidence of the value we bring to our customers."

"I want to personally thank and congratulate all of you," said Thompson in announcing the award to the Groupware staff. "This is great accomplishment you've all worked very hard for and it's something we should all be very proud of. This recognition has elevated Groupware from channel-specific publications to a mainstream publication and this honor will create many new opportunities for us."

| Inc. magazine extended the Inc. 500 list this year, introducing the Inc. 5000 to provide the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy – America's independent-minded entrepreneurs.
