| Title : Network Sales Engineer |
| This position has overall responsibility for all aspects of client data networks. To be successful, this person must have extensive experience with multi-protocol network engineering (i.e. Cisco routers, switches, TCP/IP), and a solid understanding of how NT and Unix systems function in a networked environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to designing, implementing and troubleshooting LANs and WANs based upon client requirements and business needs. Additionally, this person should have experience with network-level security, such as VoIP, VPN design, installation, configuration, and maintenance. |
| Required Skills: |
- Experience as a network system administrator using Cisco switches and routers.
- Experience installing and configuring all network hardware and software.
- Experience setting up LAN's, VLAN's, VoIP and WAN connectivity.
- Experience with firewall policy management
- Experience managing network environments supporting NT and UNIX.
- Experience with network design and architecture
- Vendor management, including maintaining successful relationships with circuit providers

| Desired Skills: |
- Experience with firewalls, load balancers and other network infrastructure products desired.
- Experience with setting up local DNS servers.
- Detailed understanding of the Windows 2003 and UNIX operating systems.
- Certification such as MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCVP, CCIE
- College degree

| Work Experience: |
- At least 5 years of network administration experience
- At least 2-4+ years network architecture (design AND implementation) experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently
