| THE OPPORTUNITY |
| Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Enterprise Account Manager will be an individual contributor responsible for delivering the sales results needed to achieve significant growth in the Southwest territory. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to hit the ground quickly and hit peak performance in sales. We are expecting our sales staff to grow in the next two years, and hence are looking for someone who can easily transition into management and training as well. The commissions offered to the Account Manager will put this position well over a six figure income. One of the main attributes we are seeking is the ability to understand highly technical products in several product categories, and have the ability to clearly communicate product attributes to the customers. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Sell market-leading products, SUN, VMware, NetApp, Cisco, Oracle, ect. to SME and Enterprise sized companies.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned quota by accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting
- Work with inside sales rep to support territory
- Work closely with Sales Engineering Team to coordinate joint presentations and meeting objectives
- Developing, implementing and executing a Business Plan for assigned territory
- Building qualified pipeline through customer account management, proactive prospecting and lead follow up
- Prospecting, conducting end user calls with engineering support, writing business proposals, coordinating sales activities across customer organizations, responding to product inquiries and effectively managing the sales cycle
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across install base.

| Qualifications, Education and Experience
Required : |
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of technology or software sales
- Demonstrated track record of above quota performance, selling five and six figure transactions
- Experience working with C level executives throughout sales cycle
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit
