Our technical support services are comprehensive, versatile and designed to be flexible enough to meet our customers’ diverse needs. Whether you need temporary project-based support, a first line of support to augment your vendor support contracts, or a complete outsourced technical support team, we have the people and the expertise to help – when you need them.

Technology Lab

We’ve invested in a complete datacenter laboratory infrastructure — floor space, bandwidth, power, cooling, and full keycard access control — to answer the call for realistic testing and integration services. These labs provide tremendous value to our professional services engagements.

Proof of Concept Lab. This lab provides a test bed where you can directly evaluate potential technology solutions so you can try before you buy. We can demonstrate the benefits of virtualization, or show you how a new data backup and recovery strategy would work in your environment. We have close relationships with leading technology vendors and can assemble the best solution for you from best of breed technologies.

Test and Development Lab. These are dedicated, secure development and testing facilities, accessible to you 24/7 – physically with secure keycard access or through a Virtual Private Network. We can simulate your production environment, then validate and stage your solution so you know it works before you go live. We can also provide engineering support as needed to augment your staff.

Integration Lab. In our lab facility, we assemble systems to meet your specific needs and we build "Rack Ready" systems that are delivered to your datacenter ready for production.  Integrating blades, drives, GBICs, memory, OS, and/or patches, our experts handle the installation of hardware and software from all enterprise-level manufacturers. To protect your investments, we confirm manufacturer support of specific configurations and can stress-test each system to ensure it's production ready.

Datacenter Relocation. We’ve relocated datacenters of all sizes — locally or across the continent — involving equipment of all makes, models, sizes, and values. You can rely on us to manage the details, including coordination with third parties such as vendors, shippers, and datacenter infrastructure providers. Our project management team will develop a detailed relocation plan to ensure coordinated execution of equipment and facilities preparation, transport, re-install, documentation and handoff.

Systems Integration. Groupware Technology integrates custom hardware and software configurations, using high-quality, and repeatable processes in our controlled integration lab environment. Our rack-ready systems are trouble-free and ready for production use, with quality issues resolved before the equipment arrives. We custom-build any configuration, install and update software, stress test the assembled systems, apply asset tags and update your asset management system, pack, and ship worldwide.
